Part 1: Milani Color Statement Lipsticks.

Milani Cosmetics released new lipsticks called the Color Statement Lipsticks. These lipsticks will replace the Milani Perfect Lipsticks. There are a total 38 shades available. The lipsticks will have either a vinyl, metallic, cream, shimmer, pearl, or matte finish.

Some noticeable differences between the Color Statement Lipsticks and the Perfect Lipsticks are the packaging, lipstick shape, and lipstick scent. The packaging looks more luxurious but is still gold packaging. The lipstick shape now has the more "traditional" shape. The scent is no longer a floral scent and it is now a fruity, watermelon scent.

The lipsticks and lip liners are amazing! I'm really impressed with the quality of both. I will say that most of the red lipsticks look pretty similar or identical to each other. The main difference between them are the finishes. Regardless of the lipstick finishes I find all of the lipsticks to be very creamy and moisturizing. The liners are extremely opaque, creamy, and pigmented. They're both must-have products to check out!

Have you tried the Color Statement Lipsticks? Favorites? Thoughts?

I must say I'm liking nude and red label colour swatches :)

... The new packaging reminds me of L'oreal lipsticks (I don't own anything from that specific brand),but a bit different which I like (not a L'oreal 'fan').

I really like Milani as a brand and there products are always reasonably priced with great quality. Definitely something to add to my wish list :)

Thanks for the swatches!
